Funding. Funding figures on this website are based on the apprenticeship funding rules for 2026 to 2027 and the HMRC employer rates and thresholds for 2026 to 2027. They apply to apprenticeships starting on or after 1 August 2026. Eligibility is set by the government and the training provider, not by us. Rules can change. We confirm your position in writing before anything starts.

Calculator and examples. The funding calculator, National Insurance examples and any figures in our reports are estimates for guidance only. Your actual costs and savings depend on your circumstances, including your pay bill, the apprentice's age and salary, and whether you can claim Employment Allowance.
