Who we are. Funded AI Courses is a trading name of Titan Training Academy, a company registered in England and Wales company number 14322131, registered office 4 Capricorn Centre, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, Essex, United Kingdom, SS14 3JJ. What we collect. When you use our forms we collect the details you give us: your name, job title or role, email address, phone number, company name, age group, the number of staff you are thinking of training, details about your employer, and anything you write in a message. We also note which page you used and any figures from our funding calculator that you choose to send. When you visit the site, our platform (Shopify) and, if you allow them, cookies collect technical information such as your device, browser, pages visited and approximate location.
How we use it, and our lawful basis.
- To respond to your request, prepare your AI Opportunity Report and talk to you about funded training. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.
- To introduce you, or your employer, to an approved apprenticeship training provider if you want to go ahead. We only do this with your agreement.
- If you are an employee, we will not contact your employer unless you have told us we may.
- To send occasional updates on AI training and funding, only if you ticked the box to receive them. Lawful basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To run, secure and improve our website. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with.
- Approved apprenticeship training providers, when you have agreed to an introduction. They will use your data under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers who run our business systems for us, including Shopify (website and forms), our email provider, our appointment booking tool and WhatsApp if you message us there. They act on our instructions.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
We never sell your data.
International transfers. Some providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved contract terms to protect it.
How long we keep it. We keep enquiry and report details for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for 6 years for legal and accounting reasons. We keep marketing preferences until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@fundedaicourses.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
Cookies. We use cookies that the site needs to work. With your consent, we also use analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner.
Complaints. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes. We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
